06 / 07Intelligence should improve judgement. Not replace it.
Business Development Services is a premium, AI-assisted business intelligence and business-building approach for ambitious people and small businesses. It is based in Farnham Common, Buckinghamshire.
What it is
A business system built around the owner.
Human-led by design
Business Development Services acts like an AI business director. It supplies intelligence, structure, specialist assistance and repeatable processes; the human remains the owner and decision-maker.
It is for aspiring entrepreneurs, early-stage founders, sole traders and SMEs with ambition.
It is not a generic AI agency or a promise of effortless income. It is a way to make better business decisions in the right order, then support their execution.
The governing principle
Diagnose before prescribe.
Understanding the owner, the business and the constraints comes before recommending an action.
